When you rented at this community, what were the key factors that led you to decide to rent there?

• The office staff is fantastic! They are extremely professional and always so pleasant to deal with. However, the best thing about the office staff is that they are so accommodating. I work far from home and often arrive back after the office has closed. I have a cat and elected not to have packages delivered to my apartment. Therefore, I sometimes have trouble picking up packages except on Thursdays when the office is open late. One Thursday I was not going to be able to make it to the office before it closed and I had a package that I was trying to pick up. I called the office and they left it outside my door on their way out. It was such a nice suprise that they were so willing to accommodate me![ ANONYMOUS]
